If Yandex Webmaster can’t verify your website, don’t rush to change DNS or disable security. Identify the method in use, check the exact URL, and verify the evidence Yandex can access.
For a Blogspot blog, you can usually verify ownership with the same Google Account that manages Blogger, without managing DNS for blogspot.com. For a custom domain, choose a Domain property if you control DNS, or a URL-prefix property if you only need to monitor one specific URL version. Then compare the public URL with the verified property.
